Duncan Windisch

Biography

Duncan joined the Aero-Optics group during the summer of 2025. He received his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of South Florida, with a specialization in fluid mechanics. At his undergraduate institution, Duncan worked with Dr. Pandey to build a variable mach number jet and study event-based cameras for use in optical flow diagnostic techniques. Duncan is currently a Ph.D student studying under Dr. Gordeyev, and his research focuses on wavefront sensor characterization and beam propagation.
